Vacancy: Senior Business Analyst(full remote)
Responsibilities:
●Own the requirements process: gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the Payment Gateway platform in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders.
●Translate business needs into clear and detailed specifications, including prototypes, user stories, and acceptance criteria, working closely with the Product Designer.
●Support product delivery: participate in backlog grooming, planning sessions, and QA reviews; assist throughout the development cycle from feature planning to release.
●Ensure quality documentation: maintain structured and accessible documentation in Confluence and Jira to support team efficiency.
●Build and maintain a knowledge base for internal and external users, explaining how the product works.
●Operate autonomously, embracing ownership, accountability, and holacratic principles.
Requirements:
●4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in product or technology teams, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or payment solutions.
●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes.
●Solid understanding of fintech, including transaction processing, payment flows, cards, and alternative payment methods.
●Expertise in writing specifications, user stories, process flows, and diagrams (BPMN, UML, etc.).
●Experience working in agile cross-functional teams.
●Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma for collaboration and documentation.
●Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Engineering, and QA teams.
●Strong desire to grow into a Product Manager role over time.
