Vacancy:Junior–Middle PSP Manager
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Format: Office-based, full-time
Key Responsibilities:
▪︎Manage daily communication and relationships with payment providers, banks, and EMIs.
▪︎Negotiate terms, conditions, and commercial offers with current and potential partners.
▪︎Handle and resolve payment operation and transaction processing issues.
▪︎Analyze and identify the most efficient payment solutions for different markets and payment methods.
▪︎Support all stages of PSP onboarding — from initial introduction to go-live.
▪︎Coordinate planning processes according to business needs and prepare corresponding reports.
Requirements:
▪︎2+ years of experience in a similar role within the betting, gambling, or fintech industry (Merchant or PSP side).
▪︎Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
▪︎English — Intermediate+ (both written and spoken); an additional language is a plus.
▪︎Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
▪︎Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
