We are seeking an Azure #Marketplace #Manager to oversee the sales, customer engagement, and operational aspects of our AI software solutions published on the Azure Marketplace.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a strong online presence on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue on the Azure Marketplace
* Analyze sales metrics and market trends to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing) to align marketplace efforts with overall business objectives
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, support requests, and feedback on the Azure Marketplace
* Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction rates and encourage positive reviews
* Identify and capitalize on upsell/cross-sell opportunities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of our Azure Marketplace presence, including:
+ Listing optimization
+ Pricing strategy and discount management
+ Order fulfillment and billing processes
+ Compliance with Azure Marketplace policies and guidelines
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer acquisition costs, and customer satisfaction metrics
* Provide regular, data-driven reports to management , highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., marketplace management, cloud sales, customer success)
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement on cloud marketplaces (Azure Marketplace experience a plus)
Strong understanding of cloud computing, software as a service (SaaS), and the Azure ecosystem
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and stakeholder interaction
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
Self-motivated and adaptable with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:

Certifications related to Azure, cloud computing, or sales/customer success
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
