Key requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Support or Operational role within FinTech, Payments, or Crypto.
Native/Bilingual Ukrainian & Russian proficiency.
Advanced English (excellent written communication - no voice calls).
Solid understanding of Cryptocurrency and Non-Custodial Wallets is essential! :brain:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Big plus: experience with Intercom/Jira or a background in Economics/Business.
