🎨 We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer!

Mayflower - a technology company transforming the entertainment industry - is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team.

You’ll be working on a high-load partner advertising system with modern UI, complex CRM tools, and large-scale data.

Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience with **CRM systems or B2B admin panels
**✔️ At least 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
✔️ Strong Figma skills (Illustrator/Adobe tools are a plus)
✔️ Understanding of digital marketing principles
✔️ English & Russian languages proficiency
✨ Freelance experience will be a plus
