Предстоит развивать игру, находить точки роста и влиять на решения через исследования, гипотезы и анализ поведения пользователей. Меньше операционной рутины - больше ресерча, неопределенности и поиска новых возможностей для роста.
**Что мы ищем:
**✔️ сильная база в продуктовой аналитике
✔️ понимание статистики и A/B-тестов
✔️ уверенный Python + SQL, работа с Tableau и DataBricks
✔️ продуктовое мышление и умение работать с данными в условиях неопределенности
✔️ умение находить точки роста и проводить исследования

Предстоит отвечать за привлечение в Hero Wars: Dominion Era: масштабировать paid-каналы, управлять 7-значными месячными бюджетами, тестировать смелые гипотезы и руководить командой до 15 человек.

**✔️ сильный опыт в performance / UA
