Business Development Representative for MSP360 Sales Team

We deliver data protection, provide remote support and simplify IT management. We’re passionate about delivering real value to our customers.
And now we are seeking a talented and proactive Business Development Representative to build together a world-class sales team to scale our impact.
As a BDR you will be at the front line of our sales process. You’ll guide prospective customers through the first stage of their journey with us, uncovering their challenges and introducing them to solutions that fit—before handing them off to our Customer Onboarding Specialists for deeper support.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Engage rapidly with potential customers across email, phone, and LinkedIn to ensure timely follow-up.
- Qualify inbound leads and create opportunities, while also re-engaging cold leads, past prospects, or former customers who may benefit from our solutions again.
- Support prospective customers via website chat, guiding them with relevant product information and resources.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects’ needs, pain points, and business challenges.
- Build and apply a strong understanding of our product to support meaningful conversations with prospective customers.
- Relay feedback from prospects to improve messaging, campaigns, and overall go-to-market efforts.
✅ Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
- Motivated, relationship-oriented, and committed to creating positive first experiences for prospective customers.
- Skilled in consultative conversations and comfortable handling objections with professionalism.
- Open to cold outreach responsibilities if required in the future.
- Fluent English
