We are looking for an active and communicative head of HR to help our team attract the best candidates on the market. We are considering Ukrainian specialists who are fluent in Spanish and eager to work in a dynamic environment.

🔧 Responsibilities:
🔍 Search and selection of candidates for open positions
📞 Conducting interviews
🗂 Maintaining the candidate database
🤝 Collaborating with department heads on recruitment needs
🚀 Organizing the onboarding process for new employees

✅ Requirements:
🎓 At least 1 year of experience as a head of hr
🗣 Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
🌐 Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian

📄 Employment type: Full-time
🕒 Working hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00
