📌 Your role:
🎯 Lead and develop a team of 8 analysts
🚀 Be hands-on: deep-dive analysis, dashboards, complex SQL queries
📊 Build a modern data architecture and self-service analytics system
🤝 Collaborate with C-level and business teams to drive strategic decisions
📈 Transform analytics from reactive reporting to proactive insights
👥 Establish data domains and governance across the company

🎯 We're looking for:
✅ Proven experience as Head of Analytics/Lead Data Analyst in #iGaming
✅ Expert-level SQL, Python, and Power BI/Tableau
✅ Deep knowledge of data architecture and engineering
✅ Experience with Tier-1 and Ukrainian markets
✅ Strong leader who can communicate insights to executives
🗣️ Ukrainian or Russian language required
💡 Experience modernizing data stack and building self-service analytics is a plus
