🔥 Looking for a Product Owner / Game Designer to join a boutique iGaming studio and lead the creation of engaging slot games!

🎮 You’ll take ownership of the full game cycle — from concept and math modeling to production and release. Your ideas will directly shape game mechanics and player experience.

📌 What you’ll do:
— Design slot game concepts and core mechanics
— Work closely with Game Mathematicians, Artists & Developers
— Oversee production milestones and delivery
— Analyze game performance & propose improvements
— Keep up with iGaming trends & competitor products

📌 We’re looking for:
— 3+ years in Game Design or Product Owner role in iGaming
— Strong understanding of slot mechanics (RTP, volatility, hit rate)
— Hands-on experience in full-cycle game development
— Analytical & player-centric mindset
— Upper-Intermediate English
— Remote-ready, relocation to Cyprus possible

💡 Bonus if you:
— Have experience with Jira, Figma, or Unity
— Love experimenting with new features & bonus mechanics
