Founded in 2017, the company initially provided services in medical marketing and support. Today, it is transforming into a multi-tenant SaaS platform for doctors, designed to automate marketing, subscriptions, billing, and patient engagement.
The platform leverages multi-tenant architecture with custom domains per client, advanced authentication, and strict security standards to deliver scalable solutions for the healthcare industry.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack Developers with a strong backend focus to join our team. You will work on a cutting-edge SaaS platform, owning critical backend functionality and contributing across the stack.
The role requires hands-on expertise in Postgres, and Next.js applications, as well as a proven track record in multi-tenant SaaS development. You should be a self-starter who can quickly understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality code with tests.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and optimize backend services for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
•Implement database models, queries, and optimizations using Postgres and Prisma.
•Develop and maintain APIs and backend logic in Next.js + Node.js.
•Ensure high security standards and proper domain-based interface adaptation.
•Write comprehensive tests with Jest to maintain code quality and reliability.
•Collaborate with frontend developers (React + MUI), product owners, and designers to deliver seamless features.
•Contribute to system scalability, performance, and multi-domain routing solutions.
•Troubleshoot issues and improve productivity by leading engineering best practices.

Requirements:
•Proven experience building and shipping multi-tenant SaaS applications.
•Strong expertise with:
Postgres (data modeling, performance optimization).
Prisma ORM.
Node.js backend development.
Jest (unit/integration testing).
•Solid understanding of authentication and authorization systems (Keycloak, Magic Link, 2FA, role-based access).
•Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, MUI) for collaboration and integration.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team.
•Strong communication skills in English. (B1+)
