We’re hiring a Team Lead in Limassol.

Mayflower is looking for an experienced Team Lead to guide a cross-functional engineering team and drive operational excellence.
You’ll shape delivery processes, mentor talented engineers, collaborate with product and business teams, and ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with our goals.

What we’re looking for:
✔️2+ in management
✔️6+ years in software engineering, strong technical background and understanding of SDLC
✔️Experience leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product/Design)
✔️Proven track record in delivery, planning, and people development
✔️Excellent communication and leadership skills
