Salary: €2,500 per month net

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement a comprehensive debtor-communication strategy (SMS, outbound calls, other touchpoints).
* Set up the department’s work plan and phased action plan for client interactions.
* Develop tailored loyalty or repayment programs for individual clients.
* Troubleshoot operational and technical issues; coordinate quick resolutions.
* Propose initiatives to increase team efficiency and prepare clear technical specifications (briefs) for system improvements.
* Perform department-level analytics: track KPIs, monitor team performance against targets.
* Manage and maintain databases relevant to collections activity.
* Provide data-driven feedback to the team—both collective and one-to-one—to boost individual and overall effectiveness.
* Foster and maintain a positive, collaborative team climate.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in banks, financial institutions, or factoring, specifically in debt collection on the Spanish market.
* Proficiency in Excel and ability to work confidently with data.
* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills; team-oriented and non-confrontational.
* High stress-resilience and strong decision-making abilities.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
