𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐥 | 𝐎𝐧-𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join an Accounting and Holding Company in Limassol. T

If you're a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills in English and Russian (Greek is a strong plus!), we’d love to hear from you!

🌟 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠
* Managing all office administration and logistics.
* Coordinating schedules, internal communication, and document flow.
* Supporting senior management with correspondence, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Overseeing vendors, office supplies, and office infrastructure.
* Managing support staff (cleaner, driver, couriers, kitchen assistant).
* Assisting employees with medical insurance, rentals, parking, and visas.

✅ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫
* Proven experience in office management or a similar admin role.
* Fluent in both Russian and English (written & spoken).
* Greek is a strong advantage.
* Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
* Discretion, reliability, and a high level of professionalism.
* Strong knowledge of local services and basic regulations.
* Cyprus resident for at least 3 years.
* Valid driver’s license.

➕ 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞
* Degree or certification in Business Administration or Office Management.
* Experience with travel coordination and employee logistics.

📌 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬
* Employment Type:Full-time, Monday–Friday
* Salary: Competitive, based on experience
