Due to the expansion of the company, we are looking for a strong Head of Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities:
💡 Management of a team;
💡Develop and execute effective Google Ads/Meta Ads strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI;
💡 Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid strategies;
💡 Ensure accurate tracking by setting up and managing Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta Ads;
💡 Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns;
💡Stay up-to-date with Google Ads/Meta Ads updates, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
🔎 Fluent English speaker, knowledge of Spanish is a big plus;
🔎 Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads/Meta Ads campaigns across various formats.
🔎 Proven experience managing teams;
🔎 Expertise in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking;
🔎 Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager;
🔎 Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
