🔍 A reputable Forex company is looking for a receptionist at our headquarters in Limassol.

Main Role:
• Organizing and coordinating administration duties and office procedures;
• Answering telephones and transferring messages within departments;
• Monitoring stock, placing orders whenever necessary and dealing with suppliers;
• Greeting and welcoming guests;
• Supporting the needs of different departments;
• Responsible for handling the floor petty cash update the excel files
•  HR support: Assist with onboarding of new employees and support basic HR procedures.

Candidate Profile:
• Fluent in Greek and English languages;
• Computer literate;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills;

• Advise on international tax and financial matters in compliance with UAE legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Requirements:
• Degree in Law, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Knowledge and strong understanding of IFRS, accounting principles and UAE tax laws.

• Proficiency in English (Russian is an advantage).

Продукт:

Мы делаем top notch платформенно-независимого календарного ассистента cmeet.io, который помогает повышать эффективность планирования и проведения встреч. Команда состоит из увлечённых нашим делом ребят (ex-WB, Vk, Facebook, Amazon).

Что надо будет делать:

- Проводить CustDev с клиентами;
- Собирать требования от основателей компании;
- Проводить сессии фасилитации для с командой;
- Формировать продуктовую стратегию;
- Собирать feature реквесты и жалобы на возможные баги;
- Формировать roadmap на год вперед с разбивкой на кварталы;
- Доносить задачи до команды (брать на себя и роль project manager).
- Описывать продуктовые требования;
- Запрашивать заведение технических задач на основе продуктовых требований;
- Синхронизировать разных участников команд (дизайн, machine learning, разработка, etc) между собой.

Условия:

- Текущая нагрузка: 15-20 часов в неделю, 2+ часа времени в рабочие дни;
- Английский язык на уровне B2+, чтобы свободно общаться с пользователями текстом и голосом (часть наших контрагентов не говорят на русском);
- Full Remote, любая таймзона близкая к UTC+03;
- Обещаем на старте опцион 0.5% за 3 месяца работы, с перспективой кратного роста (до x10). Денег не платим до выхода на самоокупаемость, но предоставим крутой опыт в сильной команде и возврат в виде стоимости нашей компании.
