About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards related to electronic money services, payments, and financial crime prevention.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulations governing Electronic Money Institutions, including AML/CFT and payment services regulations.
Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring and risk assessments.
Oversee AML/CTF controls including customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and transaction monitoring.
Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
Provide regulatory guidance to management and operational team
Review new products and services to ensure regulatory compliance before launch.
Prepare compliance reports for senior management and the board.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of compliance experience in fintech, payments, banking, or Electronic Money Institutions.
Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, payment services regulations, and financial crime prevention frameworks.
Familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance monitoring tools.
Relevant certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent are preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Формирование ежедневного cash-flow отчета (доступные средства / ожидаемые и необходимые платежи).
Формирование ежемесячного факта cash-flow бюджета в разрезе бизнесов/направлений.
Контроль наличия ликвидности под рекуррентные платежи, согласование календаря платежей.
Взаимодействие с банками/платежными системами по вопросам открытия и поддержания работоспособности счетов.
Координация с коллегами (бухгалтерия, инициаторы платежей) и контроль работы операционистов выполняющих платежи.
