We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Corporate Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our corporate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office administration tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, and supporting data-driven decision-making. A background in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage general office administration, including handling incoming and outgoing emails.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
• Coordinate and manage diary appointments and meetings
• Collate, organise, and summarise data for internal reporting and decision-making.
• Conduct research and prepare drafts for internal and external communications.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Apply analytical thinking to interpret data and support project initiatives.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Skills & Qualifications
• Essential
o Previous administrative experience, preferably within a banking, financial services, or corporate environment.
o Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
o Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
o Competence in drafting documents and conducting research
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google workspace
o Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Desirable
o Understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements.
o Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
