Responsibilities:

• Dealing with the day-to-day administration of the companies
• Liaise with service providers on compliance, legal, tax, and corporate structuring matters
• Provide legal support to the overall activity of the company
• Drafting and review of agreements
• Assisting with opening bank accounts and other payment solutions, providing KYC documentation
• Assist in business development initiatives

Qualifications:

• University degree in the relevant field
• 2+ years of work experience in the field of corporate administration, dealing with banks and other payment solutions
• Understanding of principles of preparation of financial statements and tax returns
• Proven ability to work with international/multinational companies
• Ability to take responsibility and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills
• Fluent spoken and written English

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Personal Assistant & Office/Real Estate Administrator to support daily operations, assist executives, and manage administrative tasks related to office and real estate functions. Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Duties:
• Provide administrative support to executives (e.g., scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence).

Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years in administrative support, office management, or real estate.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace.


• Soft Skills:
o Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
