⚡ A 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 is looking for a talented 𝐈𝐓 & 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐎𝐩𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 to manage multi-site infrastructure and security operations across Cyprus, Israel, and Albania.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive reliability, efficiency, and protection for mission-critical systems.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 𝟓+ years in IT infrastructure & security operations (incl. 𝟐+ years leadership).
• Strong experience with Windows & Linux environments, AWS, EDR/SIEM tools (SentinelOne, etc.), Cloudflare/WAF.
• Proven background in incident management, threat response & system hardening.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Preferred: gaming/fintech background, Kubernetes/IaC, security certs (CISSP, OSCP, GCIH).

What you bring:
✔️ 5+ years as a Business Analyst
✔️ Experience in Agile/Scrum
✔️ Knowledge of BABOK, UML 2.5, BPMN 2.0.2, EPC
✔️ Tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence
✔️ Strong analytical & communication skills

✨ Nice to have: Experience in banking/fintech or regulated environments
