We are looking for an Office Manager to join our HR team at Inktech.

Responsibilities:
Organization of the provision of all office necessities to maintain office functioning (ordering stationery, drinks, groceries etc.);
Interaction with courier services;
Handling tasks from the head of the department;
Assistance to employees;
Reports and records keeping.

Requirements:
University degree;
Proven experience in an Office manager position for 1 year;
Experienced user of MS Office;
English language (B2);
Proactive attitude;
good communication skills;
ability to multitask;
tolerance to stress;
Ability to work with a vast load of information.

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team at Inktech.

Responsibilities:
Define and document event tracking requirements for the development team;
Collect raw events from Kafka and load them into the Lakehouse (bronze & silver layers) using Spark;
Enrich and aggregate raw data, transforming it into ClickHouse (gold layer) using Spark;
Build production-ready data marts using Airflow, DBT, and ClickHouse Materialized Views;
Implement data quality checks for Spark jobs and Airflow DAGs;
Maintain and evolve Lakehouse infrastructure in collaboration with the DataOps team;
Automate repetitive tasks and establish best practices and standards for Data Engineering processes;
Write and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:
Solution-oriented mindset;
SQL (complex queries + optimization);
Python (general principles + libraries for DE);
Kafka, Spark, Iceberg, Nessie, TrinoDB;
Airflow, DBT, ClickHouse (DAGs + MVs);
Data Quality frameworks.
