The Trading Pit is looking for a proactive **IT Systems
Administrator** to support and manage our IT infrastructure, tools, and usersacross multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain core systems: Microsoft 365, Azure AD,Intune (Windows/macOS), AWS, and Cloudflare.
· Support ~60 users locally and remotely.
· Manage Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and SaaS platforms.
· Handle IT assets, licenses, and procurement.
· Ensure endpoint security, compliance, anddocumentation.
· Apply ITIL/ITSM best practices and assist with backups and disaster recovery.
Requirements
1. 3+ years in IT support or systems admin roles.
2. Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD,Windows/macOS.
3. Experience with AWS, Cloudflare, and Atlassiantools.
4. Strong networking and troubleshooting skills.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solvingmindset.
Nice to Have
· Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
· Knowledge of zero trust, compliance, and vulnerability scanning.
