We’re hiring a Java Team Lead to guide and grow our backend team as we scale. If you're a hands-on leader with a passion for clean code, scalable systems, and team development—this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
🔧 Your Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of talented Java developers
• Drive architecture and system design using Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices
• Improve development processes, code quality, and delivery speed
• Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, QA, and Design teams
• Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence
✅ What You Bring:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Apache Kafka
• Proven experience in team leadership or technical mentorship
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
