Responsibilities:
⚙️Conducting a full recruitment cycle: from identifying needs to completing the hiring process for vacancies in the company's international offices (MENA, Europe, Africa, Australia, etc.).
⚙️Developing and posting vacancies on various platforms, including job sites (hh.ru, indeed.com, bayt.com, etc.), social networks, telegram channels.
⚙️Actively searching for candidates on job sites (hh.ru, dubizzle.com, bayt.com, etc.), in social networks, Linkedin.com, through recommendations and other channels.
⚙️Conducting interviews and assessing candidates for compliance with vacancy and company requirements.
⚙️Interacting with hiring managers in Russian and English to understand their personnel needs and create a profile of the ideal candidate.
⚙️Timely and complete maintenance of the candidate database in Bitrix24 and reporting on the selection process (google tables, etc.).
⚙️Participation in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, analysis and development of proposals for improving recruitment processes.
Requirements:
🔎 Experience in international recruitment from 1 year, preferably in sales, marketing, back office.
🔎 Fluent Russian and English. Knowledge of other languages will be a big advantage.
🔎 Knowledge of modern methods of personnel selection and candidate assessment.
🔎 Excellent communication and presentation skills, developed empathy and emotional intelligence.
🔎 Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to changes.
🔎 High motivation and ability to learn new things, try new approaches and tools.
🔎Experience working in a multicultural environment will be a big advantage.
