* 5+ years of software development experience (min. 1 year leadership).
* Strong ๐๐‡๐/๐’๐ฒ๐ฆ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ง๐ฒ backend experience (must).
* Frontend: ๐‰๐š๐ฏ๐š๐’๐œ๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ/๐“๐ฒ๐ฉ๐ž๐’๐œ๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ, ๐๐ž๐ฑ๐ญ.๐ฃ๐ฌ, ๐๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ.๐ฃ๐ฌ.
* API design & integration, SQL/ORM, Docker, CI/CD.
* Experience with VOIP stack (Asterisk, Kamailio, SIP) = big advantage.
* Proven leadership, mentoring, and agile team management.
* ๐…๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐„๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก โ€“ written & spoken is essential.

๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

* Lead & mentor developers, ensure best coding practices.
* Drive architecture & hands-on full-stack development.
* Collaborate with product/design teams to deliver scalable solutions.
