📞 Проведення співбесід
🗂 Ведення бази кандидатів
🤝 Співпраця з керівниками департаментів щодо підбору персоналу;
🚀 Організація процесу онбордингу нових співробітників;

✅ Вимоги:
🎓 Досвід роботи рекрутером від 1 року;
🗣 Вільне володіння іспанською мовою (усно та письмово);

Знання української, російської

💬 Відмінні комунікативні навички, проактивність;
📌 Знання іспанського ринку праці буде перевагою.
📍 Локація: Іспанія (офіс або гібридно. Можливо також віддалено)

Researching new technologies and implementing them to improve the quality of the IT department's work
Planning and performing routine work to ensure the stability and security of the company's services
