π― Grow & Own Your Affiliate Portfolio β Build, manage, and scale a high-performing network of affiliate partners.
π€ Recruit New Partners β Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates to expand our reach.
π Drive Performance β Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize results and maximize ROI.
π¬ Strengthen Relationships β Maintain consistent, strategic communication with partners through calls, meetings, and emails.

β What Weβre Looking For
2+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience in the iGaming industry
A proven track record in performance marketing, sales, or business development
Fluency in English (written & spoken) β additional languages are a big plus
Strong analytical mindset with excellent negotiation skills
A proactive, organized, and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

π Full-time | Office-based | Limassol
Weβre looking for a hands-on, proactive, and service-focused IT Support & Systems Administrator to keep our people, devices, and core systems running smoothly every day. Youβll be the go-to person for technical support, system improvements, and IT operations β ensuring our team has the tools and support they need to thrive.
π Key Responsibilities
Provide daily technical support across hardware, software, and networks β documenting tickets and resolutions.
Set up and maintain workstations, peripherals, and office IT equipment (imaging, patching, and backups).
Manage user accounts and access throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding β changes β offboarding).
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and oversee allocation, lifecycle management, compliance, and vendor coordination.
Troubleshoot and support network and system services (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, printers, basic servers) with clear escalation paths.
Implement and improve IT systems and tools, maintain documentation, and train end-users.
Run security and compliance checks (audits, policy enforcement, updates, incident response).
β Requirements
1β3 yearsβ experience in IT support or system administration (preferred).
Proficiency with Windows & macOS environments and common productivity suites.
Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and basic server management.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
βοΈ Technical Requirements
3+ years in a similar System Administrator role (or equivalent experience).
Hands-on experience with network infrastructure & hardware.
Proficiency in Linux administration (installation, maintenance, CLI usage).
Solid understanding of core protocols: HTTP, DNS, SMTP, IMAP, DHCP, ICMP.
β Preferred Experience
SaaS management and license governance.
Jira Datacenter administration (JSM, Jira Software, Jira Asset Management).
Google Workspace Enterprise administration.
MDM solutions for laptops and mobile devices.
π‘ Nice to Have
Scripting & automation (Bash, Perl, Python).
SIL scripting for Jira.
Experience with Windows Server.
π€ Soft Skills
Languages: English required, Greek & Russian a plus.
