💼 What You’ll Be Doing

🎯 Grow & Own Your Affiliate Portfolio – Build, manage, and scale a high-performing network of affiliate partners.
🤝 Recruit New Partners – Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates to expand our reach.
📈 Drive Performance – Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize results and maximize ROI.
💬 Strengthen Relationships – Maintain consistent, strategic communication with partners through calls, meetings, and emails.
✍️ Negotiate Smart Deals – Lead commercial negotiations that benefit both our partners and our bottom line.

✅ What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience in the iGaming industry
A proven track record in performance marketing, sales, or business development
Fluency in English (written & spoken) – additional languages are a big plus
Strong analytical mindset with excellent negotiation skills
A proactive, organized, and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
