📍 Position: AI/ML Lead
📍 Location: Remote with future relocation

**📌 Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of AI/ML engineers
• Tracking technologies in AI/ML
• Developing PoC (proof-of-concept) solutions, prototypes, and architectures for new AI services
• Continuously improving existing AI systems
• Designing and optimizing architectures for interaction with LLMs
• Enhancing chatbot performance and improving image/video generation quality

📌 Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLM, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning
• Experience with Agent, RAG and multimodal LLMs
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience building ML pipelines and integrating models into production
• Experience developing services using RAG and vector databases
• Practical experience with image/video generation using Stable Diffusion
• Experience deploying AI services in Kubernetes environments
• Understanding of GPU-based inference and performance optimization

📍 Position: AI / Computer Vision Engineer

**📌 Responsibilities:
• Train new checkpoints from base models, with an understanding of training base models from scratch
• Curate and manage large-scale deep learning datasets
• Optimize AI models using checkpoints and LoRA techniques
• Implement testing and validation processes for generated images
• Develop and refine prompts for AI image/video generation
• Evaluate image generations from an artistic and photographic perspective
• Collaborate with team members to integrate image generation into applications
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
• Build and optimise image-to-video diffusion pipelines

📌 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• Proven experience in AI image generation and prompt engineering
• Strong understanding of neural networks, generative models, and training workflows including checkpoints, merges, and base models
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (expertise in PyTorch diffusers, transformers, DeepSpeed/accelerate, ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, Triton, CUDA/cuDNN)
• Excellent eye for detail and artistic quality in image evaluation
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of trends on Civitai, Hugging Face, and other professional AI communities
• Awareness of popular kinks and user preferences within these communities
• Practical experience with popular AI image generation models such as SDXL and generation frameworks like a1111 or ComfyUI
• Proven experience in diffusion inference optimization quantisation fp8, Flash Attention LoRA
• Hands-on video generation & streaming pipelines

📍 Position: PHP Backend Developer
📍 Location: Cyprus, Limassol

**📌 Responsibilities:
• Work on infrastructure and backend architecture tasks
• Perform profiling and optimization of PHP and Go code
• Write and maintain unit and API-level tests to ensure system stability
• Implement scalable backend solutions, considering sharding, replication, and other data optimization techniques
• Contribute to the design and development of REST APIs
• Support efforts to improve the performance and scalability of the live-streaming infrastructure

📌 Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in PHP/Go backend development (PHP 8.2 used in project)
• Fluency in Go, PHP, MySQL
• Deep experience with REST API design and implementation
• Solid knowledge of unit testing, functional testing, and testing best practices
• Practical experience with profiling, debugging, and optimizing code
• Understanding of sharding, replication, and the pros/cons of distributed systems
