An international product company is looking for a hands-on HR Analyst with deep expertise in data. We expect solid experience working with HR metrics, budgets, compensation & headcount analytics, and creating dashboards for top management.

Requirements:
– 5+ years in HR analytics, FP&A, or BI
– Power BI / Tableau / Excel
– Knowledge of budgeting, compensation, headcount processes
– Experience with 1C / HRIS / BI platforms
– SQL and AI/ML will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
– Analytics for HR and C-level
– Workforce and cost planning
– Collaboration with HRBP and finance
– Building a data-driven culture
