📢 Vacancy: Head of International Affiliate Partnerships
📍 Location: Cyprus

Big iGaming holding is looking for a Head of International Affiliates to build the affiliate strategy lead global expansion across key markets — including** Europe, LATAM, Asia, and Africa.
**
This is a high-trust leadership role with full ownership of the affiliate function — from partner acquisition and deal structuring to traffic quality control and performance optimization.

🔹 Requirements:
– 5+ years in affiliate or performance marketing, including 3+ in iGaming
– Strong track record managing multi-geo affiliate programs
– Hands-on experience with platforms like Income Access, Everflow, NetRefer, etc.
– Proficient in tracking setup (S2S, Postback, UTM, GTM)
– Skilled in fraud prevention and regional traffic compliance
– Confident negotiator and effective team leader
– Fluent in English
– Willingness to relocate to Cyprus (relocation support provided)

Вимоги:

– Python або JavaScript
