Position: Team Lead Regional CRM Manager
Location: Limassol, Cyprus**

Key Responsibilities:**
▪️Lead and manage the regional CRM team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management;
▪️Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies tailored to regional audiences to maximize engagement and retention;
▪️Oversee segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other CRM channels;
▪️Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics) to align CRM initiatives with business objectives;
▪️Analyze campaign performance data and customer insights to continuously optimize CRM programs and recommend improvements;
▪️Manage CRM technology platforms and work with IT/vendors to ensure smooth system operations and data integrity;
▪️Stay updated with CRM best practices, tools, and trends within the media industry and recommend innovative solutions;
▪️Prepare and present regular reports on CRM KPIs, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes to senior leadership;
▪️Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in all CRM activities.

Qualifications:
▪️Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus;
▪️Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within media, digital marketing, or related sectors;
▪️Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams;
▪️Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, etc.) and data analytics tools;
▪️Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization techniques;
▪️Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action;
▪️Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with regional and global stakeholders;
▪️Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills;
▪️Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance requirements.
