Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer
We're looking to work with a designer who can deliver visual quality on
the level of ElevenLabs, OpenAI, shadcn (v0), and similar.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years in product/UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio in SaaS products — a must
• Ability to use AI tools to improve design workflow
• UX redesign experience
• Experience designing AI-powered interfaces and complex data
visualization
• Proficiency in Figma: components/variables, responsive design,
prototyping, design systems
• Ability to create and maintain design systems at scale
• Good grasp of user psychology, conversion-focused design, and layout
Hierarchy
Comfortable working in cross-functional Agile teams that speak different
languages and live in different time zones (teams in Ukraine and US)
Daily meetings 9-10 AM EST / 4-5 PM Kyiv time)
