Product Owner / Technical Project Manager
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in product management or technical project management
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience with hospitality industry software and business processes
- Knowledge of user experience design and customer journey mapping
- Understanding of AI/ML product development and deployment
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in hospitality operations or revenue management
- Experience with enterprise software product launches
- Knowledge of AI product development and deployment challenges
- Understanding of integration and platform development complexities
- Experience with customer success and adoption programs
- Certification in product management or project managemen
