Responsibilities
• Developing concepts for school and external events: academic, creative, corporate
• Writing scripts, directing rehearsals, overseeing staging and coordination
• Producing events from initial idea to final execution
• Hosting or co-hosting school events
• Coordinating with teachers, tutors, and students
• Selecting music, visuals, costumes, and props
• Organising casting and assigning roles
• Collaborating with external contractors: sound, lighting, decoration

Requirements
• Experience working with children and teenagers
• Background in creative industries, show production, cultural projects, or education
• Proven experience in event production: from small school celebrations to large-scale shows
• Strong skills in scriptwriting, rehearsal planning, and event logistics
• Public speaking or event hosting experience is a plus
• Creativity, initiative, and strong visual-conceptual thinking
• English: B2 level, Russian: fluent
