Hi everyone!

My name is Aidana, and I’m a Project Manager with over 3.5 years of experience in GameDev, Web3, and iGaming. During this time, I’ve successfully established project management and team collaboration processes across both technical and creative teams (ranging from 3 to 40 members). I’ve worked on mobile and PC games in genres such as casual, card roguelike, metaverse, and 3D shooter, in various formats including full development, co-development, outsourcing, and outstaffing.

I’ve partnered with studios like Allods Team, RedNeck, and ElseVerse World. I managed 4+ projects simultaneously, including internal initiatives, research, and negotiations with publishers.

I have a strong focus on building HR processes — from setting up an effective hiring system (successfully closing 90+ vacancies) to onboarding and adapting team members across all levels, from junior specialists to C-level executives.

In a startup environment, I developed a Web3 idle/clicker game with a virtual economy and gamification features, where I built cross-functional workflows and participated in product development. Later, I worked in an iGaming startup, where I focused on analytics, brand rating formation, and recruitment, gaining deep insight into the industry's specifics.

I’m currently open to new opportunities and ready to join a team quickly. My English level is C1 (IELTS certified).
