Job Description: The Head of Lead Generation will be fully responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and scaling the lead generation engine of iSpeedToLead. Requirements:

5+ years of experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or digital customer acquisition, preferably in SaaS, marketplaces, or PropTech.
Proven success in managing large paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others).
Experience managing multiple channels and building full-funnel lead generation systems.
Strong knowledge of attribution models, analytics, tracking, data management, and CRM integrations.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered ad optimization tools or willingness to actively implement AI in lead acquisition processes.
