Responsibilities:
Configuring and supporting VoIP systems (Asterisk).
Development and implementation of VoIP solutions
Configuration and optimization of SIP trunks, call routing
Diagnostics and troubleshooting of communication quality problems
Integration of VoIP systems with CRM and other corporate systems
User support and staff training.
Participation in the design and implementation of new telecommunication projects
Ensuring the security and reliability of VoIP networks

Requirements:

Experience as a VoIP specialist for 3 years
Experience working with Asterisk
Knowledge of SIP, RTP, RTCP, H.323 protocols.
Experience with VoIP equipment and softphones
Confident knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS)
Programming skills in scripting languages (e.g. Python, Perl) will be a plus
Knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation
Budget 3-4 k.
