Position: Recruiter (Remote)

📌 Requirements:

2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)

Experience in iGaming / digital / tech is a plus

Fluent English

Confident use of LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools

🎯 Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment

Active sourcing

Candidate interviewing and assessment

Building and managing the candidate pipeline

Developing hiring strategies

Providing market insights and consulting
