Our client is the first company in the world to supply high-quality drinking water in bulk shipments, using a fleet of vessels with a displacement of up to 50,000 tons. The company owns the worldβs first deep-water terminal for water shipments, with a single storage capacity of 90,000 tons and a long-term export license of 3.5 million tons per year.

π§ Your Mission:
Weβre looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Sales Manager who thrives in ambiguity, is excited by ambitious goals, and knows how to open doors where others see walls.
Youβll be the key driver of the commercial strategy - building international sales from scratch, crafting go-to-market plans and securing anchor clients across key regions.
π― Key Responsibilities:
β Drive international B2B sales strategy - from market research to deal closure
β Build a scalable sales pipeline across priority markets (e.g., MENA, Asia, Southern Europe)
β Identify and engage with key clients (FMCG, pharma, etc.)
β Design and execute go-to-market and long-term growth strategies
β Build relationships with distributors, agents and strategic partners
β Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation and closing
β Collaborate with founders on pricing, partnerships and expansion strategy
β Weβre Looking for Someone Who:
β Has 5+ years in international B2B sales (FMCG, logistics, infra-tech, water or industrial products preferred)
β Is fluent in building from scratch - from sales decks to client relationships
β Can translate a complex product into clear commercial value for clients
β Has excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
β Is analytical, structured, and data-driven but flexible in execution
β Is proactive, ambitious and resourceful
β Is not afraid to βget their hands dirtyβ and make things happen
β Speaks fluent English (additional languages like Arabic, French or Chinese are a plus)
