Come build something true with us.
We’re True Sea Moss, a fast-growing wellness brand built on the healing powers of one of nature’s oldest superfoods: sea moss.
No powdered promises. No pretty lies. Just clean, potent nourishment pulled from the wild and delivered to the people who need it most.
As we grow, we’re looking for a Packaging Designer who doesn’t just make things look good but makes them feel true. Someone who understands that great packaging is more than a pretty box — it’s a tactile brand experience, a clear message, and a moment of trust in the customer’s hands.
Now – who are we looking for?
You’re the kind of designer who obsesses over dielines, kerning, and materials as much as moodboards and concepts. You know how to bridge aesthetics with structure and have a strong point of view on what makes a product stand out both on the shelf and in unboxing.
Let’s break down your role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and evolve our product packaging, labels, and inserts across multiple SKUs and formats
- Create clear, beautiful, and production-ready assets that tell our brand story
- Collaborate with product, ops, and marketing to align on structure, regulations, and unboxing
- Prepare files for print, liaise with suppliers, and troubleshoot production when needed
- Maintain and expand packaging systems and visual consistency across product lines
What You Bring
- Experience designing packaging for wellness, food, beauty, or consumer brands
- A clean, modern, elevated design aesthetic
- Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; bonus if you dabble in 3D
- Comfort preparing files for print and production, working with dielines, materials, etc.
- Knowledge of label compliance (wellness / supplements / food) or eagerness to learn
- Strong written and spoken English (B2–C1)
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with DTC and e-commerce packaging (inserts, unboxing, kits, etc.)
- Familiarity with mockup tools like Dimension, Blender, Esko or similar
- Interest in sustainability in packaging — from materials to lifecycle impact
- Bonus points for illustration, copy skills, or motion thinking
Why Work With Us
-We’re building something with depth and direction. No shortcuts. No hype cycles. You’ll be part of a team that actually listens, tests, learns, and evolves. This way, you’ll get to shape how we grow — not just faster, but wiser.
Here’s How We Back Our Words with Care
- Welcome pack and custom True Sea Moss merch to start strong
- Sports reimbursement to support your mental and physical well-being
- Additional vacation days beyond standard holidays
- Coaching & career development sessions to fuel your growth
- Corporate English lessons to help you sharpen communication
- WHOOP membership to support your health and recovery
- Coworking membership for flexibility and focus
- Sabbatical options after long-term contributions
- Travel and project grants to support personal growth and creativity
So — does this feel like you?
If you're tired of throwaway designs and want to create something real with clarity, care, and a little fire — throw your name in. Let’s make things worth remembering.
