About the Role:
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing team!
You’ll work in our Influencer Marketing team with other talented managers to bring creative campaigns to life and build meaningful relationships with influencers. If you’re a team player who loves turning ideas into action and making an impact, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
● Influencer Management:
○ Search for, select, and negotiate with influencers on platforms such as
Instagram and TikTok.
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and brand
ambassadors.
○ Monitor and respond to collaboration requests from influencers to ensure
seamless communication.
● Campaign Strategy and Execution:
○ Manage influencer marketing campaigns
○ Identify emerging trends and opportunities to boost brand visibility and
audience engagement.
○ Coordinate product shipments to influencers, ensuring timely delivery for
campaigns.
● Collaboration and Reporting:
○ Work closely with the content, social media, and product teams to ensure
cohesive and engaging messaging.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Experience:
○ 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with Tier 1
influencers.
○ Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage influencer relationships
effectively.
● Skills:
○ Proficient in English (Upper Intermediate or higher) for seamless international
communication.
○ Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok,
Discord, and other social platforms.
○ Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
○ Analytical mindset with the ability to manage large volumes of information,
draw insights, and adapt strategies accordingly.
○ Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
○ Team player
● Tools: Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms like Upfluence, Insense, Aspire,
or similar is a plus.
