Key Responsibilities:
✔ Preparation and review of BOQs, cost plans, and payment certificates
✔ Contract administration, including variations, claims, and final accounts
✔ Rigorous cost monitoring and value engineering to optimize project budgets
✔ Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and design teams

Essential Qualifications:
✅ Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying within the Cyprus construction market
✅ Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD
✅ Fluent in English & Greek – strong written and verbal communication, Russian will be considered an advantage
✅ Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
