Junior Accountant (Russian-speaking) Property & Facilities Management
About the Role: Join a full-cycle property management provider servicing office and residential buildings. The company handles everything from cleaning and technical maintenance (lifts, pools, HVAC) to on-site security and event support.
What You’ll Do:
Vendor & Client Reconciliations: Match balances, investigate discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date reconciliation schedules.
Primary-Document Control: Verify contracts, acts, invoices, waybills, and other source documents for accuracy and compliance.
Posting in 1C: Record day-to-day transactions (AP/AR, cash, bank, payroll, taxes) in the 1C accounting system.
Invoice Issuance: Prepare, send, and track customer invoices; follow up on outstanding amounts.
Asset Accounting: Maintain the fixed-asset register (acquisitions, disposals, depreciation) and support periodic inventories.
Process Improvement: Help document and streamline accounting workflows as the company grows.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
2–3+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
Fluent English (spoken & written).
Russian language (spoken & written).
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with 1C is a plus.
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous experience in property/facilities management.
Working knowledge of Greek.
Familiarity with IFRS.
Experience with VAT.
Accuracy, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple ledgers simultaneously are essential.
