✅ Mellow (by Solar Staff) is an international fintech company with offices in Cyprus, Amsterdam, New York and Hong Kong, offering solutions for secure deals between companies and contractors.

⚡️ We are currently looking for an Accountant to join our Head office in Limassol.

Responsibilities
🔴 Post and reconcile supplier invoices, payments, and expenses in 1C;
🔴 Prepare and execute payments via online banking platforms (e.g., Revolut);
🔴 Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and PSP balances;
🔴 Assist in VAT and VIES preparation: gathering, checking, organizing invoices;
🔴 Support routine postings, including petty cash, courier expenses, business trips, and other internal tasks;
🔴 Communicate with colleagues to follow up on missing or unclear documents;
🔴 Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for smaller group entities under supervision;
🔴 Maintain structured and traceable backup documentation for all entries;
🔴 Support ad hoc reporting and assist during audits when needed

Requirements
🔴 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (preferably in Cyprus);
🔴 LCCI Higher or equivalent qualification; ACCA in progress is a plus;
🔴 Basic knowledge of Cyprus VAT and taxes, or strong willingness to learn;
🔴 Experience with online banking payments;
🔴 Strong Excel skills and basic IFRS understanding;
🔴 Attention to detail and analytical thinking;
🔴 Ability to work independently and take responsibility;
🔴 Fluent English (written and spoken); Russian and/or Greek is a plus.

📌 We’re open to both strong mid-level candidates and those with slightly less experience, as long as you're reliable and eager to learn. There’s room for growth, depending on your ownership and initiative.

📍Office location: Limassol, on-site

⏰ Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 am - 18:00 pm (launch 1 hour)
