📌 We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our financial team!

Responsibilities
🔸 Operational support of financial processes;
🔸 Reconciliation with clients and partners: payment control, data accuracy verification;
🔸 Interaction with banks and payment services;
🔸 Organization and closing of financial reporting periods;
🔸 Participation in the preparation and review of financial statements;
🔸 Optimization and automation of routine processes;
🔸 Handling urgent issues related to client payments and settlements;
🔸 Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
🔸 2+ years of experience in fintech, accounting, or financial operations;
🔸 Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial analysis;
🔸 Proficiency in working with databases and spreadsheets (SQL, Excel, Power Query);
🔸 Experience with banking systems and payment services;
🔸 Ability to solve urgent tasks within tight deadlines;
🔸 Responsibility, attention to detail, and a systematic approach;
🔸 Conversational English.
