Weโ€™re currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to help users resolve issues and improve their experience with our products.

โ€ข Basic knowledge of gateway ecosystems, payment systems, and processing
โ€ข Handling initial merchant and client requests (checks, refunds, limits, payment statuses)
โ€ข Working with ticketing systems and payment dashboards (e.g., Grafana)
โ€ข Following scripts precisely and knowing standard support scenarios
โ€ข Basic understanding of regulatory requirements: PCI DSS, KYC, AML
