โข Basic knowledge of gateway ecosystems, payment systems, and processing
โข Handling initial merchant and client requests (checks, refunds, limits, payment statuses)
โข Working with ticketing systems and payment dashboards (e.g., Grafana)
โข Following scripts precisely and knowing standard support scenarios
โข Basic understanding of regulatory requirements: PCI DSS, KYC, AML
