We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to help users resolve issues and improve their experience with our products.

💰 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲:
• Basic knowledge of gateway ecosystems, payment systems, and processing
• Handling initial merchant and client requests (checks, refunds, limits, payment statuses)
• Working with ticketing systems and payment dashboards (e.g., Grafana)
• Following scripts precisely and knowing standard support scenarios
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements: PCI DSS, KYC, AML
