Firebird Tours - a travel company, oriented on the English-speaking market, primarily the US, Canada, and Australia. Our clients have expressed their desire to travel using our products and services. We are one of the top providers of premium-level tour packages and a fast-growing travel company worldwide. We provide not only premium-level tours but also an online train booking system.

Our team and projects are growing year over year, so we need a talented Project Coordinator to organize and lead our web-development team's work to meet business goals.

What will you do in this position:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules;
- Moderate regular meetings with the project team, stakeholders;
- Coordinate tasks and resources daily to meet set goals and deadlines;
- Manage the deliverables of project plans, including risk management;
- Coordinate incident resolution;
- Project internal standards, processes, and compliance ensurement within the dedicated project and team;
- Create and maintain status reports and dashboards.

Our ideal candidate has:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management;
- Good understanding of the Agile development life cycle, PMBOK basics;
- Practical experience in project management tools (Atlassian);
- Team player, self-driven, critical thinker;
- Full of energy and able to work hard;
- Easy going and flexible to changes;
- Good at written English;
- Confident PC user (of course).
