📍HR Administrator (Limasssol, office)
Are you passionate about helping people adapt to new environments? As an HR Administrator, you will be a key specialist supporting employee relocation, adaptation, and ongoing assistance. Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of employee migration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and residence renewals
* Coordinate with government authorities and immigration consultants to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
* Stay updated on changes in immigration laws
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
* Maintain employee records
* Prepare various HR documents, such as employment agreements, changes to employment terms, employer statements, and employment confirmation letters.
* Collaborate with finance and local service providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
* Coordinate bank account openings
* Coordinate medical insurance registrations
* Assist with Performance Review
* Help with Language courses and other employee benefits
What We Expect from You:
* At least 2 years of experience in the same role
* Proven experience as a Migration Specialist or anything related
* Strong knowledge of visa application and renewal procedures, work permits, and related employment documentation
* Familiarity with regional labor and immigration laws Experience with HRIS platform Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in English and Russian, both spoken and written, with knowledge of Greek being a plus
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
