Responsibilities:

* Generate leads for Publishing Department and move them through the sales cycle
* Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
* Proactive development of publisher portfolio, optimizing ad placements and publisher revenues
* Helping the Publishing Department with ad hoc tasks, such as analyzing data reports, observing communication with clients through different marketing channels
* Working closely with the compliance department on traffic fraud checks and suspected fraudulent activity
* Possibility to attend conferences and industry events around the world

Requirements:

* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Data Scientist

📍Location: Limassol, Cyprus, relocation

Our advertising network handles 10+ billion events daily across 300 servers in 5 data centers (Europe & the US). We process over 700,000 requests per second at peak load, and our ClickHouse cluster stores more than 1.8 petabytes of data. And yet, everything works like Swiss clockwork — thanks to our team of smart, talented, and proactive individuals. We’re now looking for a Data Scientist who can uncover insights from massive datasets and help scale our advertising network even further.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and evaluate machine learning models to improve product performance and business outcomes
* Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, developers, and product managers
* Conduct deep exploratory analysis of product and user data (hundreds of billions of events per month)
* Build predictive and prescriptive models to support decision-making
* Participate in feature selection, A/B test design, and model validation
* Identify growth opportunities and optimization areas in traffic and user behavior
* Develop custom tools and dashboards to monitor key product and model metrics
* Ensure data quality, build pipelines for monitoring and anomaly detection
* Clearly present hypotheses, findings, and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Drive continuous improvement of analytical tools and processes within the team

Requirements:

* Have 3+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning
* Are confident in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
